The Gala Committee is a volunteer body of 21 local residents who commit considerable time and effort to the smooth running of the Children's Gala each year.
The planning for each Gala commences almost as soon as the previous one finishes and regular meetings take place all year round to ensure each Gala is as good as previous ones.
The Gala Committee also arrange and run a number of fundraisers, children's parties and discos throughout the year in the build up to the big week. Details of these can be found on the What's On page.
We rely entirely on the enthusiasm and efforts of our members, and are always on the lookout for anyone who may be able to assist us. If you aged 18 or over and would like to join the Gala Committee to help contribute to its continued success then please use the contact form to get in touch.
